Enquiries and confirmation

An enquiry begins a private conversation. Submitting a form does not create a booking or confirm availability. All commissions are subject to consultation, scope definition, partner availability, written confirmation and payment terms.

Investment and scope

Prices described as “from” indicate a starting investment, not a fixed package. The proposed location, date, partners and scope determine the quotation. Services and inclusions are defined in the written proposal.

Partners and conditions

Swiss Romance Concierge does not confirm supplier availability before validation. Bespoke experiences may require deposits, contingency planning and partner-specific conditions. Payment, changes and cancellation conditions are to be reviewed in the written terms for the particular commission.
