Your private enquiry

The enquiry form asks for your name, email and occasion. Timing, region, privacy preferences, investment range and a private note are optional. We use these details to review your request and reply personally. Please do not include identity documents, payment details or sensitive information about another person in an initial enquiry.

How the form works

When you select Send Private Enquiry, your note is transmitted to a server hosted by Vercel and passed to Resend for email delivery to SRC. It is then processed by our email service, Google Workspace. The form does not save a draft in your browser or create a client database on the website. Email delivery and mailbox providers process the message and may retain message content and delivery records.

To protect the form from automated misuse, the server uses your connection address to create a keyed, pseudonymous identifier. Upstash stores temporary request counters, not your enquiry or raw connection address. Individual counters expire after one hour; the website-wide counter expires after 24 hours. Hosting providers also process technical request information to operate and protect their services.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts in its application code. The enquiry form does not use browser storage for personal details.

Discretion and your choices

No client story, name, image or event detail is published without explicit permission. You can contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. Information needed for an existing commission or an applicable legal obligation may need to be retained.
